WOYWW 205

This Wednesday evening finds
my Moleskine Sketch book
full of
Dylusion Spray Inks.
I love the colors of the Spray inks
You know how it goes, you see a You Tube Video
and you just gotta try it out.
Had to pull the masks and stamps out.
So the Copic Journal got pushed
aside, just for a little bit.

Swinging across my desk,
you see I'm still working on the
Mother's day Layout.

It doesn't look like much progress
has been made but you
just don't know how many times I've
changed out the papers.
I need to go ahead and bite the bullet
and glue it down before it drives me crazy.

Thanks for coming by!

WOYWW

Waiting till the last minute again to participate

Here we have the typical desk of
someone with an Attention problem.

There are the makings of a super secret
Mother's Day project happening
on the right
and we see that our copic journal has been
resurrected on the left.

After reading Kate Palmer's post about her
we had to pull ours out.
I am adding the new

And then there's the
30 Day Color Challenge
over at the
World
A must to check out.
Not enough time in the day.

April 2013 Tag

Slightly modified.

To me this was a study of dragonflies
so would be neat if a real dragonfly landed on it.
I added the gears stamp
and used one of Tim's
metal numbers.

Ignore the tag in the back,
I've got to collage it up some how
because I broke an important rule
in stamping:
I did not stamp on a flat surface.  Eeek! :)

For the wings,
I stamped it on the clear packaging for
the new Tim Holtz picture wheel die I just got.
It worked really well.

Twill ribbon was used which I
tried to distress with paint and ink.
Will have to pick up some of that
krinkle ribbon next time at Michaels.

Thanks for looking!

My first WOYWW

I've been a fan (lurker :)   of the Stamping Ground's "What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday" for quite a while and I love seeing other crafter's and artist's work spaces.  This is my first share and so I thank you for stopping by.

It almost took a whole month but I finally gathered up most of the distress paint supplies. So today I was determined to get started trying out the patina look from the Tim Holtz April 2013 tag. I love the way these new metallic distress paints react with water. With luck, I hope to finish this tag within what's left of this month.  LOL :)

Bloglovin

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

Now that Google has done away with Google Reader, I have signed up for Bloglovin to keep follow up on the blogs that have my attention right now.

Bloglovin seems to be very clean looking site that will aggregate, I guess that's the word, your favorite blogs in one place.  In order to claim my own blog with the service, I needed to post that link above "Follow my blog with Bloglovin"

Not that I have been over posting on this blog, I wouldn't want anyone to miss a post when I do.  LOL :)  My attention seems to vere off the road sometimes.  I can hardly believe that it has been over a year since I blogged last.  I am trying very hard to remedy that this week.
